ABOUT DOCTOR VALLEN

Dr. Vallen began her clinical career practicing Pulmonary and Critical Care medicine at Boston Medical Center in 1997. Four years later she began practicing Allergy and Immunology at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center-Boston, followed by a transition to private practice on the South Shore where she stayed for 14 years.
She is excited to be opening Vallen Allergy and Asthma, PC in Quincy, MA, as allergist and immunologist where she will continue to provide children and adults with the highest quality care. Dr. Vallen prides herself on thoroughly listening to every patient’s history and forming a detailed work up in order to efficiently diagnose and treat her patients.

Dr. Vallen enjoys treating all forms of Allergies and also spends part of her clinical time managing the New England Food Allergy Treatment Center-Boston. This office, also located in Quincy MA, is designed to specifically diagnose and treat children and adults with food allergies with a procedure called Oral Immunotherapy (OIT).
